Motivational Monday #2

Today, we’re going to take things slow. This weekend I was reminded how sometimes we forget…

We get busy with work, school, etc. and forget to slow things down (like this dad)….

Since we believe every life is too short to not enjoy every minute of it, we’ve compiled a short list of things to do to appreciate it…just a little more.

  1. We know you have things to do, but sometimes it’s nice to take the time to have breakfast in bed.
  2. Surround yourself with people and things that encourage and delight you. This way you’ll laugh often.
  3. Smiling can actually put you in a better mood…so do it.
  4. Part of enjoying life is balance. We balance jobs, families, kids, fitness, friends and everything else in life. Just don’t forget while you’re enjoying life and living healthy to encourage others to do the same.
  5. And we always believe in starting the day right…so drink coffee.
